![]() Todd Schrupp is better than who on ESPN? Out of anyone who gives a "qualified" opinion, Schrupp is one you can throw right out the window. He is an absolute fool when it comes to handicapping a horserace, or any intelligent commentary. He is a good personality on TV, but as far as picking horses, FORGET IT
