went the day well will hit the board, with a chance to win. Prospective and Sermon have a good chance to plug along for 3rd/4th

My favorite style of wagering is finding longshots to round-out the Tri/Super. This year's Derby is tricky... for Rousing Sermon to get third or fourth, it's really asking for a lot to happen. There are least 7 or 8 horses who are legitimate contenders this year, and you could stretch that number a bit to 10 or 12.

On the flip side, I think there's a more than decent chance the pace is hot, thus allowing for plenty of horses from well back the opportunity to grab a piece. But again, Rousing Sermon is going to have to pass a lot of quality 3-year-olds.

I'm sure I'll still key a few bombers underneath, because the pace can create some chaos... but unlike past year's, this year it's a bit tricky because of the top-heavy quality of the group.

Sabrecat, Prospective, Long Legs, and Went the Day Well will have me on my knees in pain if they blow my tickets up.

Not worth starting a new thread, but I'm having trouble with him. I almost feel like it's purely a conections play cause I really don't like the horse. But I respect Motion and overlooked Animal Kingdom last year. Horse is on the same path as AK, retains JV and now is adding shades. Bottom line is, he will probably not be on my tickets.
