What a great trivia question..

First horse I thought of was Hollywood Story who broke her maiden in the Starlet and only ever won Graded Stakes:

G1 HOL Starlet
G2 Bayakoa
G3 Hawthorne BC
G1 Vanity

But I'd guess the Dullahan opportunity to start with 3 G1 wins is unprecedented.
