i know they are still saying the case is muddled because of the 'stand your ground' law-but i would have to think there's a huge difference between someone suddenly becoming stuck in a bad situation, and some dipshit deciding he's a charles bronson character and going far out of his way to have a confrontation.

It's a ridiculous law. Like Elvis was trying to point out, it's hard to prosecute under the way it's written. Hopefully this will get it overturned.
