Tentaun on March 1st...

Moving Wings, a 7 year old gelding who was racing at odds of 100 to 1 after falling...
In his 11 lifetime starts he had been pulled up 5 times and fallen once.
He had never hit the board.

Bygones in Brid... a 6 year old gelding, who also fell to his death. He was one of the favorites but fell at the first hurdle.

Marigolds Way, a ten year old mare, in what I believe was her 40th start.

* * *

This past week...

Danehill Willy, 10 years old... (at Ludlow)
King of Keyes, 4...(Bangor-on-Dee)
Blue Ronnie, 4...(at Ludlow)
Pendoun, 10...(Bangor-on-Dee)
Hopeful Start, 8...(Wetherby)

I don't get it either.

Sometimes you wonder what people are thinking.

I'm seeing reports that Going Ballistic is gone. Reports state he shattered his pastern in his stall. Just retired to stud at Victory Rose and report says he covered 5 mares but I see nothing else on this. OH NO. Happened on 3/3/2012

That's a shame. I always liked that guy.

I was shocked to read this today...

Sand Cove and Jungle Wave.

Unbelievably sad.
