Dixie, whoever that was couldn't carry the QD's racing form. Nobody can. Quantum Handicapping is the result of 40 years of research and development by the countrys foremost handicapper, myself. I have written a book which will be available shortly. It would take me years to teach you all Quantums but I suggest you follow what I say with keen interest. I will not be shy in letting you all SEE how a Quantum Handicapper thinks. I will also bring in the cornerstones of what makes Quantums as we go along. Actually I have heard of the QD.. It's amazing stuff.. I think he is an Authorized Advertiser on PA. Any way please be respectful wouldnt want to miss this opportunity.
