Mr. President, congrats on the recess nomination of three additional appointments to the National Labor Board whom I trust surely is not part of the redundancy you spoke of. Good luck defending the lawsuit.

Kind of like Seinfeld’s, ‘Opposite George’ move!!!!!

Actually more of a ‘Curious George’ move.

The Justice Department issued a legal opinion last week. Based upon Justice Department legal precedents and opinions from the George W Bush administration, this fits just fine.

Yes, Republicans have tried to render the Labor Board and Consumer Protection unworkable - and failed. Ridiculous obstructionists, working for politics instead of us. Obama Derangement Syndrome in full-blown screaming hissy fit.

Survey released by the US Chamber of Commerce of over 1,300 small businesses with a +/- 2.5%

74% (or simply put three out of four) are NOT HIRING because of reform.

86% said that regulations, restrictions and taxes were major concerns.

http://dailycaller.com/2012/01/18/su...#ixzz1jwAiieeU

The response this morning, to the survey by Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, was ‘small businesses pay 18% more for care than larger corporations and change is coming. She went on to belittle the respondents (small business owners) stating they didn’t know what was in the bill.’

How ignorant and narcissistically self-righteous are these people? This lady actually believes she knows more about small businesses than their owners? Have we actually evolved from it taking a village to raise a child to it taking government to run your business? Business owners are screaming their problems stem from taxation and regulation and the government is responding with more taxation and regulation.

At least her audacious statements revealed a likely motive behind Obama’s streamline government press conference/plan. The timing of announcing the elevation of the Small Business Administration to a cabinet level position, at the conference was curious. Especially in light of the President explaining the SBA was one of six separate agencies all dealing with business and commerce thus making it (the SBA) redundant.

Furthermore when the President represented the streamline authorization he sought to be a ‘money saver’ yet explained only $3 billion would be saved over 10 years and in a Moses Parts the Sea moment, despite the streamlining of numerous agencies, proclaimed the only jobs lost would be thru retirement, the actual intent of the plan was exposed.

In a three card Monty like move the President kept showing the money-saving and efficient cards until he had the suckers pulled in and then popped the power card.

This ploy has thankfully been exposed and now needs to be stopped.

What nefarious reason would the President have for wanting the SBA to be part of his cabinet?

How much money does the SBA distribute in loans every year and who controls the guidelines for those loans?

Why would he want to control the streamlining of government?

Simple, to prevent it, as demonstrated by his plans for consolidation without any termination. Can you imagine any private business consolidating offices because of redundancy yet not laying off or terminating anyone?

An even greater danger exists with the potential gain of control of SBA loans. Should the President in a Clintonian/Fannie-Freddie like moment decide the guidelines should be changed and factors like merit, credit and business plan should be exchanged with cultural merits and considerations of entities outside of the traditional business and credit standards. The SBA could then compete with Fannie/Freddie in the category of epic failure. Of course no jobs will be lost.

The US Chamber of Commerce is a right-wing organization. One well-known to have some trouble with the truth:
