Oh God...that must mean that I'm next...

I'm sorry GR. Horses will be horses won't they? LOL.

Where are you hurting? Sore all over or a specific area? After you tell me this, I'll be able to tell you what to do. I've done this enough to know all the tricks.

I used to get thrown all of the time and be fine, but after my serious riding accident, I am sore for about a week now after I get thrown. Of course, now, a horse has to do something majorly crazy for me to fall off, so that when I do get thrown, it is usually pretty bad. I actually haven't gotten thrown in about a year and a half, although, I don't ride nearly as much as I used to.

If you are sore all over, take a very hot bath in bubbles and epsom salts and soak for awhile. Just lie down and rest. Also, tell your husband to give you a massage. You are married aren't you?

If you are older or have had a serious accident like I have before, then you are going to be really stiff and sore. If this is the case, don't worry, you'll be feeling better in a couple of days? Good as new, I promise

If it is sharp pains, I advise you to go see a doctor.

I'm glad you got back on and finished your lesson. Way to go!

And I hope that you feel better
