No, but Colonial Downs OTB in Roanoke is accepting donations. Just send me the funds and I will make sure the money gets to them.

If there's something more low rent than an OTB in Roanoke, I don't know what it is.

If they can put an OTB in Alberta, Martinsville and Scott County, by God, we should have one in Roanoke too.
