I'm shocked - shocked! - that Qatar bribed folks to vote for their World Cup bid. That turn of events was completely unexpected.

Can't wait to get tickets! I'm sure in 10 years things in the middle east will be fine. The food shortages are just temporary.

I can't imagine why not. If the ban on most personal choices wasn't enough, surely the fans will come for the 115 degree average heat in June and July. A Qatar World Cup just screams success.
