Crazy prediction in the face of that scenario; Obama is so lost; the $2 billion will still go to Egypt. He’ll come up with a couple hundred million for Joplin and his defenders (Riot for one) will point out how he cut $10 million, or in billion terms, nothing from regular spending.

Well I hope he has one wife, unlike Obama's Dad. But you're right he'll spend a little less and pay a little more towards the debt but it won't make a dent.
