![]() I figured there were plenty of threads about Barbaro siblings so I just grabbed this one. Barbaro full sibling #4...
Another brother. http://www.bloodhorse.com/horse-raci...o-barbaro-born They're considering going back to Dynaformer again. I had a feeling it was a colt, based on the lack of news after she got in foal. When they had a filly in the womb, they shouted it from the rooftops. Since she foaled in May, unless she was pretty late, that sounds like a June breeding. If I recall correctly, she aborted the filly in December of 2009. Makes you wonder if she had issues getting in foal this time around. At 26, Dynaformer's no spring chicken. She's 15 this year. Not that many more tries for that full sister I wouldn't think. |

![]() Thanks for the update. Good for them. I know they wanted another filly, but they appear to have gotten a healthy foal. Always a good thing

![]() He's 138 lbs, is that a good size for a TB? Not exactly my area of expertise. I googled and found some link that said 50kg is average, but 138 lbs = 62.6 kg so that makes it sound like a massive foal, unless 50 kg is just wrong.
