No, Dell, the PPACA is not a "Medicare program on steroids". It is some reforms to the private insurance industry. It's already in effect and is the law. Where is the "medicare on steroids"?

Take out ALL subsidies and requirement to purchase insurance and go from there. Get the 'opt out' in writing if needed.

And only a small part of it is in effect and law.
