![]() His words, speaking. His campaign was advertising it, too.
BTW, the Wisconsin AG also sent out an e-mail the night before the election to his "friends" saying Prosser must be elected to hold the Republican-Walker agenda. Quote:
![]() The edge is now back to Kloppenberg, BTW - up 300 or so now. It will go back and forth until it's certified. Kloppenberg has this. Unfortunately for, "You bitch! I'll destroy you!" Prosser, his record does speak for itself.

![]() Just google Prosser says he'll complement Walker
It was from a campaign news release from Prosser's campaign in 12/10, so look for that original. Prosser later tried to walk it back and deny it. Try this for some background 12/09/2010 http://www.jsonline.com/blogs/news/111603909.html It was heavily discussed during the campaign, and was the basis for two anti-Prosser ads shown in Wisconsin. You seriously are unawares of it? Probably one of the main reasons Prosser lost - saying you promise to be a non-impartial activist judge for Walker and the GOP isn't flying with Democrats or union folks right now - let alone independents that think Supreme Court judges shouldn't promise to be political and "complement" the legislative and executive branches! ![]() Prosser and Kloppenberg have been going back and forth all afternoon, guys, with 50 here and 100 there.
However: breaking late this afternoon, being reported late today on NPR that there is a 14,000 vote discrepancy between what the AP reported and what the canvassers found today in, of all places, Waukesha County: 11,000 more for Prosser, 3,000 more for Kloppenburg. That would put Prosser 8,000 ahead at this point. http://www.jsonline.com/news/statepo...119410124.html

If the "find" of 14,000 previously uncounted votes (!) in Waukesha is true, that would definitively put Prosser up, out of recount range.

Also there are numerous claims of voter fraud, which continues to be a problem since we do not require photo ID in WI. As for your article on prosser from Dec. You might want to actually read it and use your own brain before you make statements like you did about prosser. |

Photo ID doesn't have much to do with preventing voter fraud. Please look up the history of convicted "voter fraud" in this country. Alot less than some people imagine it to be, in their quest to try and disinfranchise blocks of voters that tend to vote Democratic by changing voting rules to suddenly require a photo ID (or say college students can't vote at school, etc) Quote:
Face it, the good judge has come right out and said he's an activist judge for the Republican Senate/Assembly and Walker. There is no way he will be able to sit on the union-busting bill when it gets to the Supremes.

![]() The judge has already allowed La Follette to get his own lawyers, as it was clear the Wisconsin AG was not litigating to protect his interests.
