You've mentioned a few times that Asmussen's stats on synthetics are horrendous. What about his stats with horses coming off their maiden victories? He's had a few high profile bombs the last couple of years (including two recently).

He's 9% (6/64) with horses returning off first-out maiden wins over the past two years. . . 16% (25/157) over the past five years. If we take out all turf and synth runners, the numbers are 13% and 19% respectively.
