From stardom, to mediocrity, to home, to success back home, to international glory. A long, long, long road to get him to this point...very happy for the connections who have stayed with him. And kinda nice to see the win go for a non-foreign trainer of a South African horse, as he ended up back with Lucky Houdalakis.

It was nice, not too often you can leave the barns of a De kock and or Hannon and go on to win a race like this one. Honourable mention to Rocket Man who also ran a winning race.
