Gee Dell. If you had only actually clicked on that link before you posted (or you could have picked any other link: Daily Beast is a conservative site, or another news outlet if you don't like Huff Post) - you would have seen the video of the guy getting handcuffed, and seen the pictures of him sitting there in handcuffs (that you say don't exist)

You also might look at that Alaskan Dispatch site again - there are multiple pictures of the guy in handcuffs on that site.

What I find odd is Joe Millers explainatory performance on Fox.
