I like when Tom Durkin exclaimed that Uncle Mo was "the real deal" because he had put away I'm Steppin Up.

Unless Churchill somehow ends up playing like the sloppy Monmouth track of 2007, I'm banking on a Cuvee-type effort from this one.

In fact, it will probably be Zenyatta picking up where Uncle Mo left off, following suit as the other odds-on flop on BC Day.

I think Z is far more likely to lose than Mo.

Mo is clearly a New York dirt specialist. He would get drowned on synthetics

Holyshit man.

Is CD putting synthetic in for the BC???

I wouldn't be surprised!

Who else is there? I think him and AZ Warrior are pretty much locks in the Juvy Dirt races... Unless a horrible post or something like that happens.

That's what they said when Cuvee went off favored...

Why is AZ Warrior all the rage? Doesn't she simply boost the form of the Del Mar Debutante?

Not on dirt... She exploded IMO, and is clearly a dirt horse. That division is HORRIBLE. The Pletcher who won at the Spa is the best, and shes OUT.

I'll take R Heat Lightning in the rematch in the Breeders Cup.

I also think it might be a bit premature to award Uncle Mo BC Juvy winner. He's very talented and the division is weak at the moment, but if he gets hooked early, that last 1/16th, with his first try going two turns might be interesting.

I think the minor trouble RHL had did not affect the outcome. Garcia was toying around late. Is it not logical that AZ is just a dirt horse, and she might be ok?

Who said it effected the outcome? AZ is obviously better on dirt. I just think R Heat Lightning will finish in front of her in the BC.

I think him getting hooked is a non sequitur here. He went pretty fast early the other day but was well within himself. If someone else guns for the lead, I just don't see him having a problem rating back a little bit.

He also finishes strongly. His first two races remind me of Barbaro's first two races as well.

My favorite type of horse is one that has great early speed and then can pull away late.

Normally I would hate backing a horse with two starts in the BC, but when you have a really talented horse going up against a pretty poor division, well, that's an exception.

Much like Indian Blessing and Brocco.

Though with Brocco I was taking a big stand against the hot Eastern horse that year.

I think you would think differently if his sire was someone else.

Reminds me of comments made regarding Conveyance a little less than a year ago.

Hopefully there are no Endorsement-types in the BC this year.
