They should pull someone over for bad driving. An SUV that time of the morning? For tinted windows? Fishing. Why do they need the right to pull everyone with tinted windows over at 5 in the morning? How many times have they pulled people over like this that are simply on their way to make an early plane flight etc.?....... A lot......... Lets vote on whether tinted windows should be such obvious corn for these guys.
So it's not Edwards fault, it's the cops for pulling him over because he had illegal tint on them?

That's not what he said. It's clearly Braylon's fault. But I agree with his point about tints. A lot of times it's an excuse for cops to harass people.

I was asking him because not once in the rant did he mention Edwards guilt in the situation.

I think we all know at this point cops can pull people over for any reason they want (obviously that's not right, but just the way it is). Having some illegal on the car is just more of an invitation for them. If the cop was looking to just harass someone, there is a chance that Edwards might have been profiled at 5:15 in the morning and pulled over anyway. It's unfortunate and not right, but you would think it was possible.

But no matter if the cops were fishing or not, Edwards should have used his head. These guys have everything and more and more of them just throw it all away doing stupid s.hit.

Regardless of how you feel about tints, in NY you are not allowed to have them as dark as Edwards had them allegedly. It's not like he didn't know this. Let's not pretend people get tints for privacy. They get them for vanity.

So, if your car has tints that are too dark, don't be surprised if you get pulled over. It might be a stupid law, but just because a law is stupid doesn't mean it's okay to break it.

This is not a shot towards anyone, but the Jets have a team full of misfits. Holmes was given away and has a drug problem. Edwards was given away and has hand problems. LT is a HOF and is running great right now, but Im sure even Jet fans have to be worried that he breaks down at some point. The guy from the Chargers is a punk who cant keep his dick in his pants, but on the field I have always been a fan.... We will see how they all mesh when it counts. Its hard not to be biased being a big time Pats fan, but Im trying to be and Im not sold on the Jets.

What about Sunday's game could've possibly left you thinking that the Jets aren't better than the Pats? Everybody you named except Holmes took giant dumps on the Pats Sunday. This was not a fluke.

Pats are horrible on the road. No one can argue that. Facts are facts you have a team of misfits with a loud mouth coach. We have likely the best coach, QB, and receive in the league. We will see later on, Im very confident Pats win the division, and have a decent future wager to show for it.

So because two/three guys on the team have issues, that makes the whole team a bunch of misfits?
Come on Joseph........................

Would Randy Moss be considered a misfit?

I want to vote on it. It's an invasion of privacy, and it's used by cops to racial profile. He was wrong for being drunk, but I want a white guy (in an SUV with tints ) to have the same chance of getting stopped. I do not believe it's the same chance. I'll tell you what is a danger to drive with, and that's driving while being in a phone conversation. That's a legit issue. Tinting is a b.s. reason to be stopping people.

You don't seem to get it. Having the tints that dark is illegal. It doesn't matter if the person driving the car is black, white or green.

Is it a bulls.hit law? Probably, but it's the law. I don't agree with it, but it is what it is.

I think weed should be legal. But it isn't. So if I get caught with it, it's my fault.

Yea, and I am telling people to change it. Raise awareness about it. I'll give a hundred towards putting it on a ballot for a vote. Tell you one thing. People tinting their windows are more productive than people doing weed. What happens with all this shyt is people in power eventually die off. You have to wait until your peers get into power, and then you've got a shot at changing stuff. If people didn't grow up with tinted car windows (or pot etc.,) then they will naturally be against it. When they pass, it will get better. They are just taking their time passing.

Uh if the tint is too dark, aka, cant see in, then how can the cops tell who is black or who is white?

It's obvious that he's guilty of driving drunk. We don't know how many sober people were stopped by cops using tint as an excuse to harass minorities driving in SUV's at the wrong time of the day. How many of them have to be needlessly harassed in order to fish for one guy with drugs or alcohol? I said, if they'd have been more patient, they could of probably stopped him for the right reason. They could probably of caught him driving wrecklessly, but they couldn't wait to stop a brother in an SUV at 5 in the morning.
