I believe this is the first he's been offered, and can more than factor into state bred stakes esp @ at BEL.... my guess is that they're out of conditions, there's not a whole lot in the book for him and he's ready for a start.

Since they got him and all they have done with him is duck 1 big race(Travers) after saying he will wire the field and run FD into the ground. Then after 10 mins after winning a joke of a race,they announce he is going to the PA Derby. Well maybe there is a nice 4 horse allowance race he can run and win instead
