The fact of the matter is that Richard's Kid was not even a graded stakes caliber horse on dirt. He has now won the biggest handicap race on the west coast two years in a row. Is any of that untrue?

Until a hour ago I think my last post about Rachel was roughly 3 months ago, when I said I would not mention her until she ran in a grade 1 this year. I'm not sure you have your timeline right or you have mistaken me for someone else but please get your facts right...

How many of your 4,000 posts are Rachel related? Be honest with yourself.

Ask the entire forum this question how many posts include Rachel or Zenyatta? What do you think that % would be? Indian Charlie or who I affectionately coined Guano has by far the best % for Zenyatta posts.

You somehow saw fit to include the 2009 Woodward in your commentary, was that a coincidence?

I'd like to see Discreetly Mine and Rapport go at it going 12F on POLY. That would really be something.

A horse isn't legit till it proves it can go gate-to-wire in a Toga dirt sprint … lol

Rapport might bottom him out. She did improve a ton getting on the rubber.

I'm not going to obfuscate or lie, I thought it was the best race to illustrate the point; however you missed the preamble about other than her, it was a grade 2 field so obviously I was complimenting her quality as gr.1 in 09.

i can really see why this sport has a hard time getting new fans. many of the old fans are tiresome.
and if we can't find a reason to watch, and we're supposed to be fans, why would we expect anyone else to want to watch?

TVG's "The Late Double" - now that will attract more fans than it turns away
