8/22-Saratoga Weather/Turf: All races come off turf..

Here's a suggestion for NYRA. If the rain doesn't persist, don't take ANY scheduled turf races off tomorrow. This way, maybe, we might end up with fair courses the rest of the meet. Babying the turf is like not digging up your yard regularly -- you're left wondering why it's become so hard when it comes time to plant.
