I am pleasantly shocked that Detroit is giving the Yankees a series. You'd expect a team with the best lineup in the history of the sport to maybe lose 1game all post season, not to be up against the wall in the ALDS. All the so called experts thought this would be a slam dunk for the Bronx Bombers.

How about the uote from AROD:

"That wasnt the Kenny Rogers I remember. He was phenominal".

Talk about disrespect.

Yea,definite blunder by AROD.That's a real surprise ,huh? Almost made the ears burn when I first heard that quote.Just asking for trouble.

As all native Detroiters know, we celebrate victories like the one we hope to see later today with some good old-fashioned car burning.

If you're going to the game, please do not go for that cheap, on-street parking. If you do, you're likely to came back to your vehicle ablaze.

Gander,did you see the throw to home plate that Milton B made? Was perfect.I don't think Kendall tagged Tory,but (as you say)when the throw beats the runner,you will often get a call. You know God has a sense of humor.When he gives a headcase skills (like Milton's) it makes people start to overlook a lot of sht.
