I have been 4 times and still feel the same. He says my sore neck is a result of years of bad posture.

Any thoughts?
my husband had some back pain. he doesn't care much to go to doctors. some people at work encouraged him to go to a chiro. so off he went. the guy did x-rays and said that tony had a bulging disc. and so the weekly visits began, and then twice monthly. problem one is that insurance only covers so much, problem two was that when tony went less often, the pain returned. he said he didn't want to go the rest of his life..so once again i suggested he go to the family doc. finally he did. our doctor did x-rays--and miracle of miracles, no bulging disc. so whose back x-rays did the chiro show my husband??? also, on one of the initial chiro visits, the 'doc' suggested that all problems could be traced to a spine that isn't correctly aligned--even cancer!! i raised a brow at that, but told tony as long as it was helping, go for it.
at any rate, the doc told tony that it was a combination of aging, arthritis, and being overweight. sent him to physical therapy, and gave him a prescription for mobic.
if you enjoy getting a massage, go to chiro, if you're looking for a way to resolve a medical condition, go to a dr.
