I just dont see how it hurts... They talked about his contract on ESPN today, its like under 2 million. Win/Win IMO

This is a guy that has been on Waivers for how many years now? I don't disagree that it's an awful move, but it's move made because of desperation.
As opposed to signing Rios off the waiver wire last year, personally I thought that was a strong move.
