yeah, i don't see that happening...he's semi-retired, living on a golf course. works for them a few days a week, golfs for free the rest of the time. dad had arrested a guy. holder hollered for a dismissal as soon as dad said on the witness stand he had talked to the fellow under arrest a bit before reading his rights. as dad said, and the judge agreed with him and not holder, you can talk to a suspect about things without mirandizing them-as long as the questioning is not about what you just arrested them for. holder thought he was sooo smart, lol. oops. case continued, fellow went to jail. young, gung ho lawyers... |
