![]() Keeneland's 1 1/16 with the shortened stretch run (finish line at the 1/16th pole) has always been favorable to horses up near the lead at the head of the stretch. A deeeeep closer like Circular Quay would seem to be at a disadvantage, even though the distance looks okay for him. Have to watch the races on Friday to see if the 'old wisdom' is still useful.
