Did TP give any indication in press conference on status of Interactif, Discreetly Mine or DMC?

He confirmed that they are all still too slow.

From the remaining 20 horses, who isn't too slow?

As mentioned before, Endorsement's work pushed back.

Is this a lesser known trainer being overly cautious because of the off track?
Doesn't want to have a mishap and not have a Derby starter?

There is some fairly wide speculation of a problem here. By the time of the Derby-Oaks worker window after the harrow break, there was no 'off track'. It was fine. Ritter walked him briefly and then put him away. And WinStar's Bill Casner was totally evasive when asked about the horse. Let's wait it out, but it doesn't seem likely things are 100%.

Only that the Eskendereya situation made Devil May Care a bit more likely to go Derby. He said he wanted to talk to Mr. Greathouse before saying anything too committal.

Of Interactif, he only said he wasn't crazy about the track for him for a serious work and would wait. If Discreetly Mine came up, I missed it.

I thought Setsuko was being entered in one of the turf races. Don't know if he's shipped yet.

I believe Setsuko is in Louisville and being pointed toward the American Turf on Derby day.

The most shocking thing that came out of the press conference to me is that Zayat is Jewish. In a country of 80 million there's less than 200 Jews in Egypt.

I was pretty sure he was out after yesterday's gallop from what I saw and then Steve and Mike Welsch saying the same thing.
