Brass Hat has been training LIGHTS OUT.....I'll be rooting as well as throwing a couple dollars on him. Old timer still has a little left in him.

I can only guess that the Sir Shackleton is named for the explorer and not the horse.

Love him...have followed him since his bomb maiden win years back. I bet him pretty hard today & knew it was over when I saw that 52...and definitely when I saw the 1:18

i love Brassy. he made a nice rally coming off the turn but didn't seem to close much ground.

With the slow fractions of the race and being at Gulfstream Park (which seems to play more to front-runners on the turf), BH was up against it.
