Having Gill (have people figured out yet that he's an owner and not a trainer?) banned from a racetrack for an obvious statistical anomaly regarding horses breaking down ... that is about as disgraceful as it gets.
It reminds me of when the MLB banned Marge Schott from going to her own Cinci Reds games.
