It is important. Notice that this decision was 5:4, but one of the previous decisions it overturned was 6:1.

And one judge here overturned his OWN previous opinion.

You don't find that a little "judicial activisim"?

I'm wondering if there is carbon monoxide poisoning from an old furnace system seeping into their offices, making them a little woozy or something.

C'mon, this came out of nowhere, nobody on the right or left thought SCOTUS would come up with this result, and the court case didn't even ASK for this far-reaching a decision.

It far outstepped what was being examined, and overturns 100 years of multiple other Supreme Court rulings.

It's weird. C'mon, admit it.

I dont think either of are qualified to judge other than regurgitate other peoples opinions. I posted a link to a number of legal experts that thought it was a bold yet correct decision. There was a ruling in the 60's that overturned hundereds of years rulings that seemed to have turned out ok.
