Does anyone know how red light cameras at intersections work? I crossed an intersection with a "red light camera" without realizing there was not any room on the other side for my car to fit, so I got stuck on the very edge within the boundaries of the intersection. I crossed when it was green but since I got stuck on the edge...I'm thinking I might get a ticket. But how do the cameras work? Do they only take pictures if you cross while it's red? That's probably not the case, but oh well

If you went into the intersection while green, you should be ok.

but honestly, you should have gotten a ticket for impeding traffic. i hate people that block intersections. nothing personal but pay attention to what's going on in front of you. |

At least in Chicago, as long as you're in the intersection before it turns red, you're golden.

In California you're screwed because of the grid lock laws. Might be as much as $400.00 and if you were on your phone the judge will really kick your butt. The picture shows everything.
