I looked at Aqu's card for Saturday and I dont think its good at all. How many betting interests for the Gravesend? 5? Woo hoo. If they closed because they thought they could omprove the product, they failed, and I am one of the biggest NYRA shills you'll ever meet. To say I am disappointed is a big understatement. What were you looking for? They could have taken off from December 1 until the 26th and the same horses were going to run in the Gravesend. Good sprinters are not in NY anymore at this time of year.

The rest of the card has a lot of full fields, not good horses but full fields. Those claimers and maiden claimers that have 12 with AE lists on Saturday would have had about 1/2 of that if they had run this past week because it would have made the pool just a little more shallow.

You have to be ready for what you're going to get in the winter. It ain't May.

I guess you are right. A field of 12 dogs is a lot better than 6 dogs. Woof woof.

Just looking athe nominations for the Gravesend got me excited. Driven By Success and Broadway Producer were among them and I cant understand why neither took a shot. Heck, even the cheap Base Commander had a legit shot with the numbers he has been running. What are they waiting for, the Carter?
