Bertrando, was the first horse i really enjoyed watching and following, his loss in the BC was also my first BC so it holds a special place in my heart as well
Leroy and Empire Maker also honorable mentions for me -bt-

It is odd, because I always really liked Peace Rules, but Empire Maker (same barn, same crop) was one of my absolute least favorite horses of the decade. Ghostzapper was clearly the best of the group, but I never really liked (or disliked) him all that much.
