|   A lot of owners may have figured out that the economy has made it less likely that somebody will spend millions, or even a significant fraction of a million, for a stallion prospect. Fees are falling for even proven stallions, and a lot of marginal mares that might have been bred previously are being taken out of production. Possibly more money to be made on the track, just like the old days.(Huzzah!) |
