On a push from www.twitter.com/derbycontenders, I just watched a replay of the 10th at Turfway Sunday. Connemara was left at the gate and made an amazing last-to-first move that carried him right on to the wire. Pletcher trains this Giant's Causeway colt and while you'd have to assume this one isn't a first-stringer since he's racing at Turfway, this was a fantastic debut.

Also check out the last from TWP on Saturday...also a Pletcher-Tabor- G Cway hombred that drew an outside post debuting going 2 turns that breaks dead last. I had gd size win bet on this one.
