What trainer wants to take another guys horses for 30 days especially if the original trainer has no obligation to tell them anything about the horses? Does anyone seriously think that a guy is going to hire help, buy equipment, find stalls, etc for a month? It is a money losing proposition for the new trainer.
How can the Ky RB be that ignorant of the obvious. It's almost as if both parties sat down with a calendar and decided to find the slowest racing period of the entire year to enforce any days at all.
