It was impressive how the horse came back, but it looked like Tyler Baze thought he was clear and mailed it in the final 100 yards. Then in the shadow of the wire, he pulled the whip back out when he realized he was going to get caught. Now I know what the Fatman is talking about when he discusses jockeys finishing. That was a piss poor job by T-Baze. It cost me what would have been a chalky pick 4. Not to mention that Ed Burghart absolutely blew the call, when he mentioned how Baze's mount was getting stronger and then gets nailed at the wire. I enjoy his calls at Los Al, but I have to admit it was tough hearing him at Hollywood for the couple of races I saw today. He's got mighty big shoes to fill. Get well soon Vic.

Also, Nice Job in the 10th Coach!
