When I asked about Formal Decree, I got an answer immediately.

I'm just pointing out that I think they're very free and open with information. They don't need to be but they are.

That's one case.

What about Rio De La Plata.......... they've never mentioned anything about him and (although I don't know for sure) I'm not sure if he's even alive anymore

I don't want to fight or argue, but if you knew just how many horses are destroyed each year at either godolphin or darley pre training, you would be shocked and devistated. Horses we don't even know existed, horses that are purchased for hundreds of thousands as yearlings that never make the track.

I know of four within the last two months, all from Darley pre training.
