I like that he's entered on turf.

Thanks for posting so I can try to beat what will certainly be an underlay.

The horse has run back-to-back 92 Beyers on dirt - and is bred to possibly move-up on turf.

I wouldn't get too caried away trying to beat him in a maiden race at Delaware Park.

I was half joking, but lets face it, this horse will always be an underlay. He will take money simply because he is Barbaro's brother. In the long run, trying to beat him will certainly be more profitable than playing him. Sure he will beat you here and there, but you can get overlaid prices against him.

Could have possibly won the Lexington if he was entered.

Can you watch race replays off of Delaware Park's website? It's blocked at work and I just got a notice that my namesake on here is running there on Wed but I'll miss it live.

He'll probably win but there's an interesting, obvious trip horse in that race that should be at least 10:1.

there are two trip horses here. It's all moot if Nicanor is allowed the lead into the first turn. This is one of the few track configurations where tactics come into play right away.

If jeremy rose can get that NY bred to break this time he can dictate the trips. It should force Nicanor and the 11 wide enough that someone else has a chance to win and the Jones horse gets kicked out of the exacta (and into a betback situation next time.)

FatMan's florida bred is one of the few that could possibly sit a good trip with Cohen and benefit from the 10 and 11 going wide , or even less likely do some herding into the first turn himself.

If they don't force nicanor way wide into the first turn he wins in a hand ride.

the 9 could possibly get 3rd or 4th at 50-1 probably, not playing superfectas here.
