There may be a few reasons to bet against her, but I don't think this is one of them.

Moss on TVG right now... sounds pretty definitive she will be running on Friday.

As for the pick 4, I think it's a high probability that they do what they did last year with Ginger Punch- run the Louisville Distaff as the 6th race thus removing it from the pick 4 ending with the Oaks.
