True enough I guess. He makes the Met a more interesting race for sure .. even though it's pretty interesting as it is.

He's a gelding so it's about money. The SoCal races are one berry patch after another but the purses are horrendous.

Kathy Walsh looks like she'd fit in at Belmont without a problem.

If it was just about shipping for money .. they'd hit the 300K Lone Star Mile and the 400K Lone Star Cap at 8.5f's the same day as the Met Mile and five weeks after the LS Mile.

I think those two races will probably look like the Oaklawn Park Handicap looked .. and perhaps both minus Itsabird

The monster Smooth Air is pointing to the LS Mile. (as is Finallymadeit)
