Watching from home and they just cut off after the race. I'll keep you posted if I find anything out. I hope if anyone has any info on it they will post it as well.

I dont think Ive ever seen a CLEAR CUT winner take to the rail like that.

Unreal. Glad I played against. That would have to be one of the toughest beats ever. 4-5 shot no less.

After looking at the replay, as long as Centeno didn't get torn up by the rail, I would think he'd be okay.

I was watching the races tody and that race situation was almost identical to one I remember at Canterbury, I think it was 1986, the second year the track was open and Mike Smith was on a horse that was clear coming down the stretch in a turf race when the horse attempted to jump the rail in roughly the same area that Centeno went down today. It was the year that he and Sandy Hawley battled down to closing day for the jockey lead with Hawley eding him out 133 wins to 131. No riders or horses,for that matter, of that quality out her in quite a while. Of course, we are lucky to have both Derek Bell and Richard Grunder at the same time
