Ummm, why are we giving ANY foreign aid right now? We can't afford it any longer. This is ridiculous. Keep the money at home where it will do some good. If you can't spend it here, give it back to the taxpayer -- he really needs it right now.
Because the Middle East and how it affects us isn't going away because we are in the sh*tter.
