The good thing about this is that Dr. Don Catlin (and others) can get their hands on some TB blood, and play with it to see what, if anything, is in there that we currently cannot detect.

Couple this with the lowering of CO2 levels to detect milkshake bullets that are registering just below current 'illegal' levels,

For $150 i could have told them the answer to this question. The question isnt if but what.

It is a step in the right direction but a small step because as I said before $150k will barely cover the cost of refrigeration units and shipping costs of the samples.
