Believe me, it takes a lot more than me to make a horse take the tote action that horse did. Hell, I picked the very next winner......and the horse paid 12:1. Called an Audible was bet like the race was run yesterday.

Your humble, what's your take? NY makes a lot of bad favorites, I don't know the benefit of making a false favorite in that race, Formulator stats? A new face, the odds were not there. Byk wasn't playing Aqueduct, I got nothing............

Money like that, though some may have been money following money, means there was an international story about that horse.

NY makes a lot of bad favorites? It's the sharpest betting crowd in the country.

What possibly happened was someone made a substantial bet on this horse with the wrong bookmaker.

Default Santa Anita Pick 4

Anybody know how many races Danny Sorenson has won this meet at Santa Anita?

He is the reason I tossed the #3 in the 2nd race.

Nice price on Rafi in the 3rd. (He has been very good on the downhill turf course this year.)

Just watching the race I figure your man Adil Khan made the trip down for the mount.

I'm guessing you won't describe that ride as " ballsy. "

As I've expanded to betting more tracks, I've learned to be A LOT less critical of the jocks. GG, TAM, PHA, FG (even) have some real winners in their colony.

It's a good thing, actually, for someone interested in trips, as there are always playbacks. This horse wasn't a good example, however, as, even with the WIDE trip, he was clearly overmatched.

Nothing makes more sense than a sprinter stretching out and a 1ster running 1-2 in a maiden route race.

I looked at that horse a little due to Studart being on a favorite.

I hope she goes into porn when she loses her bug. She's obviously not going to be a jockey when she's hitting at a 5% clip now.

I didn't play the Pick-4 ( and would have missed the last winner ). I bet the horse to win. If I felt the 9th wasn't such a crapshoot I might have played the Pick-4 but with a big price like that I prefer win and/or exactas.

I had a pick 3 with the horse but that was it.

Two days in a row I've crashed and burned in the last race. Frustrating to say the least.
