it does have a pinging device to track it. if it's still in the plane, then will be in the part of it submerged in the river (as of last pics I saw last night). probably wait until they pull the plane from the water to get it instead of trying to send a diver in to take it out.

who would REALLY want to put divers in the water today if they don't absolutely have too.
