I don't think even bad jocks should have to pay for their own mount.

Yeah. Well it's their profession, so it seems kind of harsh to make someone pay money for the opportunity to put food on their table. It's like you or me paying a fee to go to the office everyday.

But the thing about them needing practice makes sense. So I don't know.
