What a stupid rule. Another example of a few people with nothing else to do but makes laws/rules that make no sense.

So, what will happen with the information collected (like my social #), even if it is not reported for tax purposes? Should I be confident that it will not fall in to the wrong hands? This has the potential for a lot of sensitive information to just be floating around for someone with bad intentions to seize on it.

Also just another example of the bettors getting stepped on, when they are the life line of the game.
