I have not heard that locally.
IMO This all stems from the Stuart Levine and Rezko trial. Someone from that trial is talking, a Grand Jury was called and wire taps approved on the Gov. He then buried himself in 30 days. Rahm is much more likely to be Ind C than the whistle blower but I can see why Huffington et al hopes it is.
